PUMPKIN WHITE CURRY

    Cut the pumpkin into slices on the grain of the line.

    Discard the seeds in the center.

    Cut the slices into one to two inch cubes with the skin.

    Add all the ingredients into a saucepan except the milk.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook for five minutes until the pumpkin is tender and changes colour.

    Finally add milk and let it boil once and remove from fire.

Cooking Options

  • - Grind ¼ cup fresh coconut, ¼ teaspoon mustard, ¼ teaspoon peppercorns and five pips of garlic with ¼ cup water into a paste. Add the paste and cook as above with ¼ cup milk.
