GREEN OR YELLOW BEANS WHITE CURRY

Instructions

    Cut the top end of the beans and remove the strings on both sides (if any).

    Slice or cut them as you wish.

    Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, green chilies, curry leaves, cumin and mustard seeds for one minute.

    Add sliced beans, tomato, carrots or potatoes, salt and water.

    Cover and cook for five to seven minutes until the beans are well cooked.

    Add lime or lemon juice.

    Finally add milk and remove from fire.
