GRATED CARROT SAMBAL

Grate the carrots into a bowl. Add all the chopped onions, green chilli or capsicum, tomato, curry leaves or parsley, salt and lime or lemon juice to taste. Mix well.
Cooking Options
- - If desired, add two tablespoons of yoghurt and mix well.
Serving Suggestions
- - Serve as a side dish with rice and curry.
