DRIED RED CHILLI COCONUT SAMBAL WITH MALDIVE FISH

Blend chilli flakes, onion, curry leaves and cumin seeds fairly coarse in a food processor.

Add the blended mixture to the fresh coconut or desiccated coconut.

Add salt, lime or lemon juice.

- - Do not include the maldive fish flakes for a vegetarian dish.
