CARROT WHITE CURRY

    Peel the carrots and slice it or cut into cubes.

    Peel the potato, wash and cut into cubes.

    Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions, green chillies, tomatoes, curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds for one minute.

    Add the carrot slices and the potato.

    Add the water and salt.

    Cover and cook for three to four minutes until tender.

    Finally add lime or lemon juice.

    Add milk and simmer for ten seconds.

    Remove from fire.
