BROCCOLI STIR FRY
Instructions

Wash and cut broccoli florets and set aside in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the onions, chillies and tomato.

Add florets, salt and water.

Cover and cook for three minutes.

Finally add lime or lemon juice.

Remove from fire.

Serve as a side dish.
