QUICK SEMOLINA LADDU

Instructions

    Roast the semolina for five minutes on low fire.

    Add sultanas, cashew nuts and ghee or butter and fry on medium fire for two minutes.

    Add condensed milk, sugar and cardamom powder and stir for five minutes.

    Remove from fire and transfer into a bowl.

  5. 5

    Let it cool for five to ten minutes.

    Make round balls or use a round plastic spoon and fill the mixture and turn it over.

    Leave it to set for an hour.

  8. 8

    Cool and store in an airtight container.
