DEEP FRIED CHILLI PRAWNS
Instructions

Dry the washed prawns with paper towel.

Add salt, chilli powder, lime juice and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Fry five or six prawns at a time.

Cover and fry for four to five minutes until reddish brown in colour.

Drain oil on paper towel.

Repeat the process and fry the rest.
Serving Suggestions
- - Deep fried prawns could be served with fried dried curd chillies (available in Sri Lankan stores) or fried onions.
