CALAMRI, SQUID OR CUTTLEFISH WITH VEGETABLES

Slice the vegetables diagonally and set aside.

Wash and clean squid or calamari as (recipe: 75A).

Marinate the calamari rings with stock cube and chilli flakes or chilli powder.

Heat the oil in a wok on high heat.

Fry the ginger slice and garlic.

Add the calamari and fry for five minutes.

Finally add the vegetables and fry for two minutes.

Remove from fire.

Calamari ring or whole cleaned calamari is available at the market fish stalls or in deli section in the supermarkets.
