    Cook the rice with water on the stove or in a rice cooker.

    Day old or left over rice is best for fried rice.

    Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan and sauté all the vegetables for two minutes.

    Add the crushed vegetable stock cube to the fried vegetables.

    Finally add the cooked rice and mix well.

    Add salt to taste.
