SRI LANKAN STYLE NOODLES
Instructions

Boil the water in a large pan with half a teaspoon salt.

Add noodles and cook for three to four minutes.

Do not over cook.

Strain the cooked noodles in a colander.

Pour one cup of cold water to remove the starch off the noodles.

Toss well and sprinkle one tablespoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan and stir-fry all the vegetables for two minutes.

Add the prawns and fry for a minute.

Add the crushed stock cube and salt to taste.

Finally add the cooked noodles and mix well.
Cooking Options
- - For vegetarian noodles: Fry the vegetables and vegetable stock cube and avoid the prawns.
