NOODLES WITH SEAFOOD

Instructions

    Boil the water in a saucepan with quarter teaspoon salt.

    Add two minute dried noodles and cook for two minutes.

    Strain the cooked noodles in a colander.

    Pour one cup of cold water to remove the starch off the noodles.

  5. 5

    Toss well and sprinkle one tablespoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.

    Marinate the marinara mix with chilli flakes, crushed stock cube or packet seasoning and ginger.

    Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok or non-stick pan.

    Fry the marinara mix for five minutes.

    Add the vegetables and fry for one more minute.

    Finally add the sweet chilli sauce and cooked noodles.

  • - Selection of seafood could be gathered and made into a marinara mix for persons with allergies.
