SWEET CHILLI FRIED CHICKEN

    Remove skin and wash chicken.

    Cut the chicken into large pieces.

    Marinate chicken with roasted chilli powder and salt.

    Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken pieces covered with a lid for eight to ten minutes.

    Add the vegetables, crushed stock cube, chilli flakes, ginger slices and fry for two minutes.

    Finally add the sweet soy sauce, mix well and remove from fire.

  • - Serve with noodles or fried rice.
