SWEET CORN WITH CHICKEN SOUP

    Boil the creamed corn, water, chicken, celery or parsley, pepper and salt in a deep pan for five minutes.

    Remove the parsley or the celery stick when the chicken is cooked.

    Mix the corn flour with water and add to the boiled corn soup, stirring constantly until it thickens.

    Whisk the egg in a small bowl and pour over the soup and do not stir.

    Turn off the fire and let it simmer in the pot.

    Serve it in individual bowls garnished with chopped parsley or celery.
