SEMOLINA (RULUNG) BREAKFAST

Instructions

    Melt the butter in a pan on low fire, add the semolina and roast for one to two minutes.

    Add the milk and water and stir briskly or it will turn lumpy.

    Add more water if watery consistency is preferred.

    Add the sugar and salt.

    The dried fruits can be added if preferred.
