Breakfast Dishes

Breakfast menus are mainly based on rice flour and plain flour steamed plain four, urid dhal, and semolina. The recipes in the book called sweet and plain milk rice under the rice dishes is eaten for breakfast. Puttu, string Hoppers, sweet string hopper cakes (laveria), pancakes, appam (hoppers), idly, thosai, uppma and green moong dhal are considered as breakfast menu.
